Excluded: Fuel costs, Toll charges (e.g., Sea Link, Expressway, inter-state entry), Parking fees, Interstate taxes & permits, Traffic violation fines, any damage repair costs up to the deductible amount.

Typically, the vehicle is provided with a specific fuel level (e.g., full-to-full or noted level). You are required to return the car with the same level of fuel. If the car is returned with less fuel, charges for the difference in fuel plus a refueling service fee will apply. We do not provide refunds if you return the car with excess fuel.

Yes, you can generally drive our self-drive cars outside Mumbai city limits (within India). However, please note that you are fully responsible for paying all applicable interstate taxes, permits, and tolls required for entering other states (like Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, etc.). For accidents, it's crucial to also notify the Police and file an FIR.
