We offer zero deposit options on certain vehicles under specific conditions (details provided during booking). For other cars, a standard refundable security deposit is necessary. The amount depends on the car model and will be clearly mentioned before you confirm your booking.

Included: Car rental for the booked duration/kilometers, basic third-party liability insurance, standard maintenance.
Excluded: Fuel costs, Toll charges (e.g., Sea Link, Expressway, inter-state entry), Parking fees, Interstate taxes & permits, Traffic violation fines, any damage repair costs up to the deductible amount.

We offer flexible pickup and drop-off options at various convenient locations across Mumbai, potentially including airports (CSMIA T1/T2) and major railway stations (e.g., CST, Dadar, Bandra Terminus), subject to availability. Please discuss your preferred locations when making your booking request, and we will confirm the feasibility and any potential delivery charges.

Typically, the vehicle is provided with a specific fuel level (e.g., full-to-full or noted level). You are required to return the car with the same level of fuel. If the car is returned with less fuel, charges for the difference in fuel plus a refueling service fee will apply. We do not provide refunds if you return the car with excess fuel.

Yes, you can generally drive our self-drive cars outside Mumbai city limits (within India). However, please note that you are fully responsible for paying all applicable interstate taxes, permits, and tolls required for entering other states (like Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, etc.). It's recommended to inform us of your general travel plans during booking.

In the unfortunate event of a breakdown or accident, ensure everyone is safe first, then contact our support number (+91 82863 02414) immediately. For accidents, it's crucial to also notify the Police and file an FIR. We will guide you through the necessary procedures, coordinate with roadside assistance, and advise on insurance claim processes (damage liability up to the deductible amount applies as per the rental agreement).
